The employer is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive with 2–4 years of HR experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and employee renewals.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and HR reports.
- Assist with HR policy implementation and employee relations.
- Coordinate with PRO on labor and immigration requirements.
- Support management with HR administrative tasks.
Requirements and preferences
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Requires 2–4 years of HR experience and UAE HR experience; UAE HR experience is stated as mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures, good communication and organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency are required.
- Fluency in English is listed; Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is preferred.
Workplace and employment
- The role is full-time and work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
