- Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our human resources team in **Dubai**.
- This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can efficiently manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a productive and professional workplace within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
