Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai for an HR Executive.
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company and labor regulations.
This role requires collaboration with team members across departments and offers the flexibility of partially working from home.
Responsibilities
also include recruitment support, maintaining employee records, and addressing organizational HR needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong understanding and experience with Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Proficiency in HR software and technology tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or food services industry is an advantage
