About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, good communication skills, and the ability to handle HR and administrative operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR documents
- Ensure company HR practices are aligned with UAE Labour Law
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee joining formalities
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files
- Payroll preparation and salary documentation
- Coordinate visa, labour, and employee-related administrative processes
- Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially
- Support daily office administration and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in HR & Administration in UAE
- Mandatory knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Immediate joiners preferred
