HR Executive – Construction Industry (Dubai Experience Mandatory)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our construction company in Dubai immediately.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and HR operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Support payroll coordination and attendance management
- Handle performance management and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with site staff and management for manpower requirements
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in a construction company in Dubai/UAE
- Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience in the UAE construction sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
- Experience with recruitment, visa processing, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
