noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform.

On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019.

The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

Position Title: HR Executive / Employee Relation.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Handle employee relation matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and ensure fair and consistent handling of employee issues.
  • Maintain documentation related to employee relations cases.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture.
  • Support implementation of engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Track participation and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Investigations & Compliance

  • Conduct internal investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, and workplace concerns.
  • Collect and document statements, evidence, and investigation findings.
  • Prepare investigation reports with recommendations for resolution.
  • Ensure all investigations are conducted fairly, objectively, and in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain HR records and databases accurately.
  • Prepare regular HR reports including:
  • Employee relations reports
  • Investigation summaries
  • Engagement metrics
  • Attendance and disciplinary records
  • Use **Google Sheets** and other tools to manage HR trackers and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR data and generate insights for management review.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR reports.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain HR trackers, templates, and documentation.
  • Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
  • Recommend improvements to employee experience processes.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, notices, and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong **employee relations and conflict resolution** skills
  • Experience in **conducting workplace investigations**
  • Proficiency in **Google Sheets** (formulas, dashboards, reporting)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in **HR / People Experience / Employee Relations.**
  • Experience handling **employee grievances and investigations** preferred.
  • Experience working with **HR reporting tools and Google Workspace.**

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in high-volume or operations-driven environments
  • Exposure to labor law compliance and disciplinary procedures
  • Experience in employee engagement program management
  • Ability to create dashboards and reports in Google Sheets

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month

Education

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience

  • HR Operation / ER: 4 years (Required)

• UAE Driving License (Required)

  • Willingness to travel:
  • 50% (Preferred)
