HR Executive joining the HR team in Dubai, with a background in the UAE construction industry.
Works with HR colleagues, the PRO, Payroll and Finance departments, and site management.
Responsibilities
- Support construction-site mass recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring skilled and unskilled workers.
- Coordinate manpower mobilization with recruitment colleagues and site management.
- Prepare offers, contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR records.
- Assist with visa, work permit, and labour card applications; track expiries and coordinate renewals.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases; collect and verify attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and payroll information.
- Prepare payroll documents and coordinate salary processing with Payroll and Finance.
- Support onboarding, transfers, resignations, and terminations; assist with labour-law and policy compliance.
- Handle daily HR administration and employee inquiries with the HR team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR experience in UAE construction companies is mandatory.
- Proven mass recruitment experience for construction workers and site personnel.
- Practical knowledge of UAE visa processing, work permits, labour cards, and MOHRE procedures.
- Experience with payroll preparation, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; good written and spoken English.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Russian language skills are highly preferred.
