About This Role
Overview
We are hiring an experienced **HR Executive** for our Dubai office.
Experience Required
- **2 to 5 years** of HR/recruitment experience
- Must have knowledge of the Dubai/UAE recruitment process
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring documentation is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job openings on portals and social media
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and HR operations
Salary
AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience working in UAE recruitment consultancy or company HR department is an advantage
