Manage core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
Support a performance-driven workplace culture through efficient processes, employee engagement, and people-focused support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- English and Hindi are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and other end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with department heads on hiring needs and ensure timely vacancy closures.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Assist with HR policies, compliance processes, employee queries, and grievance handling.
- Monitor attendance and leave, support payroll processing, and contribute to employee engagement and retention.
- Support performance reviews and training and development programs.
Additional Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software or tools is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
