Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Convert leads into customers through telesales.
- Explain financial products, services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Assist customers through loan or financial-service applications.
- Build customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to process applications smoothly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer-service targets.
- Stay informed about products, policies, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of customer support and telesales experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or loans.
- Proven lead conversion and customer relationship management experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- English fluency is required; any one of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a preferred regional language.
