The role combines customer support with converting inquiries and leads into successful sales.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and convert leads using telesales techniques.
- Explain financial products, services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Follow up with prospective customers, resolve queries, and provide accurate product information.
- Guide customers through loan or financial-service applications and build relationships that support satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain customer records and CRM systems; coordinate with internal teams on application processing.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer-service targets.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of customer support and telesales experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or the loan industry.
- Proven lead conversion and customer relationship management experience.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office; able to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month, with performance incentives.
