The role handles inquiries, supports customers, and converts inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Convert leads into customers through telesales techniques.
- Explain financial products, services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Follow up with prospects, resolve queries, and provide accurate product information.
- Guide customers through loan or financial service applications.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to process applications and achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Stay updated on products, policies, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Have 1–3+ years of customer support and telesales experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or the loan industry.
- Demonstrate lead conversion and customer relationship management experience.
- Have excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Be familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and solve customer problems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam language knowledge is an added advantage.
