Supports day-to-day global HR compliance and mobility operations in collaboration with HR teams.
Helps build global HR compliance and mobility programs and strengthen policies and practices through risk assessment, audits, and training.
What you’ll do
- Support global HR compliance and immigration matters and coordinate cross-functional program implementation.
- Establish procedures, conduct audits, report findings, and manage compliance obligation calendars and project plans.
- Track required training, create program materials, and support vendor scorecards and invoice processing.
- Monitor MHRSD and MOI changes and adapt processes; manage and route shared-inbox inquiries.
- Partner with payroll and finance on local benefits, GOSI, and WPS compliance.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 5 years in HR compliance or employment law.
- Experience leading large cross-functional projects and developing data quality audits or improving HRIS quality.
- Able to work in a largely virtual team across time zones; proven use of AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
Bonus qualifications
- Multilingual ability and understanding of Middle East employer operations are bonuses.
- Global HR compliance and immigration experience, including interpreting legal requirements in non-English-speaking countries, is a bonus.
- Working knowledge of global immigration and cross-border business travel is a bonus.
