Role Overview

YOUGotaGift is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the MENA region.

This role bridges business strategy with people solutions, driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategies in a fast-paced digital environment.

The HRBP will balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution to ensure workforce capabilities align with commercial priorities.

Strategic Business Partnership

· Partner with senior leaders to translate commercial objectives into actionable people strategies, workforce plans, and organizational design that support regional growth

· Conduct regular business reviews to assess organizational health, talent gaps, and capability requirements

· Provide strategic counsel on people implications of business decisions, including market expansion and operational changes

Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness

· Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning to build strong pipelines for critical roles and high-potential talent across MENA markets

· Drive performance management processes that differentiate top performers and enable continuous feedback culture

· Champion learning and development initiatives that build organizational capabilities aligned with business strategy

Employee Engagement & Culture

· Cultivate high-performance, inclusive culture through engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action planning

· Serve as coach and mediator in complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution

· Lead change management and DEI initiatives that strengthen employer brand and organizational agility

Hr Operations & Compliance

· Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree No. 33 of 2021) and regulations across regional jurisdictions

· Oversee HR policies, compensation and benefits strategies, and government relations including visa processing and PRO services

· Coordinate with HR teams across group entities to facilitate talent mobility and knowledge sharing

People Analytics

· Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends, retention, engagement, and productivity

· Identify predictive indicators and early warning signals for talent risks and opportunities

· Measure effectiveness and ROI of HR programs to inform organizational development strategies

Required

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

· 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role

· Proven experience partnering with business leaders in fast-paced, technology-driven, or digital environments

· Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management

· Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and regional labour regulations

Preferred

· CIPD Level 5 or higher, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent HR certification

· Experience managing HR across multiple countries or free zones in the MENA region

· Background in startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology companies

Technical Skills

· Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, HR analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to translate metrics into insights and recommendations

· Deep understanding of modern HR practices including agile performance management, design thinking, and employee experience

· Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and total rewards strategies
