Business Development Manager (Business Rewards)
About This Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth in the UAE. This is a client-facing, hunter role where you’ll own the full sales cycle—winning new business and growing strategic partnerships.
Ideal for someone with strong UAE market knowledge and a proven track record in B2B sales across SaaS or payments.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect pitch close grow
Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid to large corporates
Meet and exceed revenue targets
Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting via CRM
Identify new opportunities and drive account growth
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver great customer experiences
Represent YOUGotaGift at industry events and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years B2B sales / partnerships experience
Strong UAE market knowledge and network
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Arabic is a plus
