Overview
We’re looking for a
High-Performing Business Development Manager
to drive B2B growth in the UAE.
This is a
client-facing, hunter role
where you’ll own the full sales cycle—winning new business and growing strategic partnerships.
Ideal for someone with strong UAE market knowledge and a proven track record in
B2B sales across SaaS or payments
.
What You’ll Do
- Own the
- full sales cycle
- : prospect pitch close grow
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across
- mid to large corporates
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Deliver compelling
- presentations and demos tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting via CRM
- Identify new opportunities and
- drive account growth
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver great customer experiences
- Represent YOUGotaGift at
- industry events and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years B2B sales / partnerships experience
- Strong
- UAE market knowledge and network
- Proven track record of
- hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with
- CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g.
- LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Arabic is a plus
