At Ansius, we are building a small network of independent recruiters and agency owners who already have active clients and want to scale their delivery capacity without scaling their workload.

Our platform is designed to eliminate at least 80% of the manual work involved in candidate screening and coordination, while keeping recruiters fully in control of every hiring decision.

From the same candidate pool, recruiters using Ansius consistently identify stronger candidates through structured evaluation, indirect evidence detection, and transparent matching analysis that traditional keyword filtering misses.

The Partnership Model

  • No platform subscription cost for selected partners
  • You keep your clients, your brand, and your existing agreements
  • If Ansius helps you close a role, you'll share a portion of the placement fee, typically between 10% and 30% depending on the role an our agreement (we are flexible)
  • No placements, no fees
  • Full autonomy over business development and hiring decisions

Critical Requirements

  • Active freelance recruiter or recruitment agency owner
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Full ownership of client communication and the hiring process
  • Fluent professional English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for revenue and results

Important Requirements

  • Experience in CV screening and structured shortlisting
  • Experience presenting candidate evaluations to hiring managers
  • Comfort and proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems
  • Strong focus on efficiency and measurable recruitment outcomes
  • Commercial awareness and motivation to increase placement volume
  • Interest in improving processes and leveraging automation

Nice to Have Requirements

  • Experience with high-volume hiring
  • Existing clients who could benefit from structured screening
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Interest in structured and AI-supported hiring tools
  • Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience
