Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources and guide teams through campaign and brand-experience planning, execution, and optimization.
- Identify growth opportunities and refine processes.
- Shape proposals and present strategies to prospective and existing partners.
Qualifications
- Brand and marketing leadership across strategy, positioning, and integrated campaigns at digital, physical, and live touchpoints.
- Digital and creative capabilities covering digital marketing, web and app projects, content, creative direction, and performance optimization.
- Project and operational management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional delivery.
- Client partnership and communication skills, including stakeholder management, executive presentations, negotiation, and translating goals into plans.
- Experience setting KPIs, interpreting data and reports, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Experience across multiple sectors or markets; GCC or similar regional experience is described as ideal.
- Ability to lead in a remote, distributed environment with self-management, accountability, and collaboration.
