Responsibilities
- Lead branding, digital marketing, creative, technology, events, and production teams toward cohesive client-focused delivery.
- Own client relationships, set strategic direction and success metrics, and review work for brand clarity and quality.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources; guide planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns and brand experiences.
- Identify growth opportunities, refine processes, and contribute to business development through proposals and strategy presentations.
Qualifications
- Bring brand strategy, positioning, and integrated campaign leadership across digital, physical, and live touchpoints.
- Oversee digital marketing, web and app projects, content, creative direction, and performance-focused optimization.
- Apply project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Manage stakeholders, present to executives, negotiate, and translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Set KPIs, interpret data and reports, and use evidence to improve results.
- Experience across multiple sectors or markets is sought; GCC or similar regional experience is preferred.
- Lead effectively in a remote, distributed environment with self-management, accountability, and collaboration.
