Full-time remote Director role leading integrated brand and marketing initiatives across strategy, execution, and performance.
Oversees delivery across branding, digital marketing, creative, technology, events, and production, aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships, set strategic direction and success metrics, and review work for brand clarity and quality across channels and markets.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while guiding planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns and brand experiences.
- Identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and contribute to business development through proposals and strategy presentations.
Qualifications
- Bring brand and marketing leadership, including brand strategy, positioning, and integrated campaigns spanning digital, physical, and live touchpoints.
- Provide digital and creative oversight across marketing, web and app projects, content, creative direction, and performance optimization.
- Manage project planning, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
- Bring client partnership, stakeholder management, executive presentation, negotiation, and business-goal translation skills.
- Set KPIs, interpret data and reports, and use evidence to improve results.
- Experience across multiple sectors or markets is sought; GCC or similar regional experience is ideal.
- Lead effectively in a remote distributed environment with self-management, accountability, and collaboration.
