About This Role
Overview
We are hiring for a **highly organised individual for the role of a Personal Assistant** to work directly with the Director and oversee front-of-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as HR Assistant to the company
- Arrange and manage business meetings and schedules
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calendar management
- Provide day-to-day support with the Director’s work
- Oversee and assist with other business operations as required
• Manage Office Affairs
- Basic HR
Language Requirements
- **Primary:** Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
• Organised Female Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Confidence using email, calendars, and basic office software
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Previous PA, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus (but not essential)
