Overview
We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the HR field.
We are looking for an attentive, responsible, and organized person who is comfortable working with documents and paying attention to details.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination
- Communicate with candidates
- Prepare HR documents and letters
- Maintain employee files and HR databases
- Collect and check employee documents
- Monitor employee documents, certificates, and visa status
- Support the HR Manager with daily tasks
- Assist with onboarding and HR processes for employees
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Good level of English
- Confident user of Microsoft Office / Google Docs
