**Al Ghurair Asset Management** is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented **HR Assistant** to support the Human Resources Department in the day to day management of HR operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
This position requires the ability to effectively support a diverse workforce while contributing to a positive and productive work environment within the **facility management** sector.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR related documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, and other government-related procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and supporting documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Prepare HR reports, employee databases, and monthly HR metrics.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations matters.
- Maintain HR documentation and filing systems in an organized manner.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the Facility Management, Construction, or Service industry in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
