Business Development Manager – Soft Services (Facility Management)
Al Ghurair Asset Management is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our soft services facility management division. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base across cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, and waste management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in soft services facility management
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within facility management
- Strong knowledge of UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
