We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented **Senior Accountant** to join our **facility management** team.
The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger, and cash flow management.
- Process payroll by reviewing employee timesheets, attendance records, overtime, leave balances, and payroll-related deductions to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Verify and reconcile manpower allocation, timesheets, and labor costs for facility management contracts and projects.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditure to ensure effective cost control and financial performance.
- Prepare customer invoices and manage contract-based billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and supported by proper documentation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor asset-related transactions and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, tax requirements, labor laws, and company policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide recommendations to management to improve operational and financial efficiency.
- Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Supervise and support junior accounting personnel, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations departments regarding payroll, employee records, timesheets, and contract-related financial matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA) is an advantage
- Experience in the UAE facility management sector (UAE experience preferred)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
