Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant & Customer Service Representative. This role combines human resources support with customer-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is people-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Respond to internal staff inquiries regarding HR policies
Customer Service:
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
