About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a confident and results-driven **Telesales Executive** with excellent **language skills** to join our team.
You will engage with customers over the phone, provide product information, and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through **outbound calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls**
- Provide detailed information about **immigration, work permits, visit visas, and residency programs**
- Understand the client's profile and suggest **suitable immigration options**
- Convert inquiries into **booked consultation appointments**
- Maintain **daily call records and lead updates in CRM**
- Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads until conversion
- Achieve **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
Requirements
- Fluent in **Hindi** (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in **tele sales, customer service, or call center** is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
