Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Female Accounting (Hindi Speaker preferred)** to join our finance team.
The candidate will support daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist with reporting and administrative finance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Handle data entry in accounting software
- Assist finance manager with reports and documentation
- Communicate with clients/suppliers when required (Hindi communication preferred)
Requirements
- **Female** candidate preferred
- **Hindi speaking** is required (English is an advantage)
- Experience in accounting or data entry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines
