We are expanding our F&B operations in Al Ain and seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys people-focused work, and can adapt to flexible operational schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee files, attendance, and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll preparation and leave tracking
- Coordinate with operations teams across branches
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labor requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Willing to relocate to Al Ain
- Flexible with working hours based on operational needs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage
- Can join immediately
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
