Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately, support the daily operations, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Process customer orders efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate cash register operations and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Prepare daily cash reports and ensure proper shift handover.
- Keep the cashier counter clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and menu details.
- Coordinate with service, kitchen, and barista staff for smooth workflow.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
- Report any discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor/manager.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Cashier.
- **F&B experience preferred.**
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
