We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑driven, and professional Female Secretary to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules; coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare, draft, and distribute correspondence, memos, and internal documents
- Maintain and update contact lists for employees, clients, suppliers, and partners
- Support the preparation of regular reports and administrative summaries
- Develop, organize, and maintain an efficient filing and documentation system
- Monitor office supplies and place timely orders to ensure operational readiness
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Strong understanding of office organization and workflow optimization
- Excellent multi‑tasking, time management, and follow‑through skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- With Diploma or at least College Level education
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
