About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Food Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensure guest satisfaction, and support daily operations in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-prepared for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver food orders promptly and handle customer requests politely.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Assist in packing take-away orders when needed.
- Report any issues or customer feedback to the supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Food Server (preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.
Timing:
- 6-day work week (1 day off).
- 8-hour shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
