Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR software aligned with organizational policies and HR processes.
• Gather and analyze HR requirements, map them to system functionality, and advise stakeholders on HR technology and process improvements.
• Prepare documentation, train HR users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate deployment and ongoing maintenance with technical teams.
• Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and improve HR workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience in HR or business applications, with the ability to advise stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Knowledge of HR and business processes, including configuring and optimizing HR-system workflows.
• Business analysis skills to translate organizational needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Understanding of software development concepts and methodologies for working with technical teams.
• Experience with HRIS or ERP HR modules and familiarity with implementation or upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks in a part-time schedule, and adapt to hybrid work.
• HR, project management, or business analysis certifications such as SHRM, PMP, or CBAP are an advantage.
