Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and service quality, supporting a positive visitor and stakeholder experience.
• Manage staff schedules and shift activities; support the team in meeting operational standards and performance goals.
• Handle inquiries and feedback, cash handling, and basic financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Oversee inventory, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in outlet management, general management, or shift supervision in a customer-facing environment.
• Leadership ability in team coordination, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities during shifts.
• Competence in basic financial and administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting support, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Comfort with hybrid work and digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and remote coordination.
• Knowledge of local regulations and health, safety, and compliance standards, or willingness to learn quickly.
• UAE or similar regional experience is advantageous.
• Relevant management, business administration, hospitality, or related education is preferred; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
