Lead strategic initiatives for key clients, aligning work with their housing and urban planning goals.
This is a part-time, remote advisory role.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs, design tailored strategic plans, and provide ongoing advisory support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; prepare presentations and reports.
- Monitor performance against agreed objectives and identify opportunities for value creation.
- Support business planning for client projects and contribute to organizational thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business and strategic planning, including objectives, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Understand finance principles for project evaluation, budgeting, and resource allocation; bring consulting or advisory experience.
- Have a relevant degree in business, economics, urban planning, public policy, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication is required; Norwegian is preferred.
- Work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with housing policy, urban development, or related sectors is beneficial.
