Job Description – HR & Admin Executive (Factory Operations)
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee administration for factory operations in KIZAD, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and hiring of factory staff and workers.
- Manage employee attendance, overtime, and shift records.
- Coordinate payroll data, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, visa, and HR records.
- Support onboarding, employee communication, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate with factory supervisors for manpower planning and workforce management.
- Will be given responsibility of PRO for the office operations also.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience in UAE, preferably in factory or industrial operations.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and UAE labour practices.
- PRO Experience in past is an advantage
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
