Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR & Contracts Legal Officer to oversee human resources operations and provide legal support for company contracts and compliance matters.
The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, manage employee relations, and review, draft, and administer business contracts.
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Manage visa, labor, and immigration-related processes.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Maintain HR databases and personnel files.
Contracts & Legal
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Monitor contract compliance and maintain contract records.
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with applicable laws.
- Assist in dispute resolution and legal correspondence.
- Support contract administration for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and contract/legal administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Experience in contract drafting and review.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or contracting industries.
- Knowledge of UAE corporate and commercial regulations.
