Role and experience
The role is based in Dubai and covers HR and administration for factory, store, staff accommodation, and office operations.
Requires 7–10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years as a UAE HR Generalist.
Candidates from pharma, FMCG, perfume, or construction are welcome.
Experience and knowledge
- Must be well versed in current UAE labor laws.
- Experience with ERP and HRMS systems, payroll, WPS, and final settlements is required.
- Experience handling plant staff shifts, duty rosters, time management, and attendance is required.
Key responsibilities
- Support performance appraisals and other HR functions; prepare HR reports for the Board.
- Process payroll and visas; manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Prepare bank, warning, increment, and termination letters and administer annual and sick leave.
- Administer staff accommodation, office, factory, and store operations.
Pay
- Pay is AED 7,000–9,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
