- At least 2 years must be as an HR Generalist in the UAE.
- Candidates from pharma, FMCG, perfume, construction, or manufacturing are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for factory, store, staff and labor accommodation, payroll, visa administration, and office administration.
- Maintain employee records and handle the HRMS system; manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Support performance management; process payroll and full and final settlements.
- Handle HR operations including visa and PRO support, insurance, Emirates ID, leave management, and letters.
- Manage administrative tasks, labor accommodation, office and plant administration, and plant and store administration.
- Manage office inventory and stationery, AMC, and administrative vendors.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,000–9,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
