The role is based in Dubai and covers HR and administration for factory, store, staff/labor accommodation, payroll, visa administration, and office administration.
The stated total experience requirement is 7–10 years, including at least 2 years as an HR Generalist in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and handle the HRMS system; support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Process payroll and full and final settlements.
- Handle HR operations including visa and PRO support, insurance, EID, leave management, and letters.
- Handle labor accommodation, office, plant, factory, and store administration.
- Manage office inventory and stationery, AMC, and administrative vendors.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of total experience.
- At least 2 years must be as an HR Generalist in the UAE.
- Candidates from pharma, FMCG, perfume, construction, or manufacturing are preferred.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
