About This Role

We are looking for HR & Admin officer to manage the overall operation. Candidate with existing experience of manpower supply / forex industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations: Assist with recruitment (job postings, interview scheduling) and onboarding new employees.
  • Records Maintenance: Update and manage digital/physical personnel records, including contracts and leave requests.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policy, and HR procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and liaise with vendors.
  • Payroll Support: Gather payroll data, such as bank accounts and working days, to assist with monthly payroll preparation.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience as an HR Administrative Officer or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and HRIS software.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of labor legislation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
