HR & Admin Executive (Male)

Location: Speed O Garage, Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Male HR & Admin Executive to manage the full spectrum of human resources and administrative operations at Speed O Garage. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the office and the workshop floor, ensuring smooth workforce coordination, strict compliance with UAE labor laws, and efficient management of employee records and facilities .

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and issuing offer letters .

· Conduct onboarding for new joiners, ensuring all documentation (employment contracts, visa applications, work permits) is processed accurately and in a timely manner .

Payroll & Attendance

· Manage monthly payroll processing, including calculations for overtime, leave salaries, deductions, and end-of-service benefits .

· Maintain and monitor the attendance system (e.g., ZKTECO biometrics), tracking lateness, absences, and daily labor timesheets for workshop staff .

Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Laws and company HR policies .

· Maintain organized and confidential employee records (physical and digital), including contracts, visa copies, leave balances, and disciplinary warnings .

· Coordinate with PROs or government agencies for visa renewals, labor cards, and medical insurance administration .

Administration & Facilities

· Oversee office and workshop facility management, ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained and supplies are stocked .

· Manage company assets, including uniform issuance, access cards, and tool tracking for mechanics .

· Handle petty cash documentation, procurement of workshop consumables, and basic inventory coordination .

Performance & Employee Relations

· Support the implementation of KPI-based performance evaluation systems .

· Assist in developing incentive structures to motivate workshop staff and sales teams .

· Act as the point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions .

Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR/Admin role, preferably within the automotive industry (garage, workshop, or spare parts) .

· Technical Skills:

· Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (for payroll and reporting) .

· Experience with attendance systems (ZKTECO or similar) and HR software/ERP systems .

· Knowledge: Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, visa processes, and HR compliance requirements .

· Personal Attributes:

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

· Language: Fluency in English is required; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus .

· Gender: Male (as per the job requirement).

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) .
