Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and interact with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.
- Professional appearance and manners; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication skills and WHMIS are assets.
- Time-management skills, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Duties
- Sweep, mop, wax, and wash floors; dust furniture; make beds; change sheets and towels; and stock linen closets and supply areas.
- Respond to guest requests for supplies; clean and disinfect public areas, including changing rooms, showers, and pool areas.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings; pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Perform weeding, mowing, hedge trimming, leaf cleanup, planting, edging, power washing, painting, and general maintenance.
- Assist housekeepers and help move furniture and storage boxes.
- Report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and maintenance issues promptly; operate and secure equipment correctly and handle cleaning products properly.
