• Housekeeping Attendant

• Housekeeping Team Leader And Supervisor

• The main duties and responsibilities include:
• Ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
• Supervising and coordinating housekeeping teams to ensure efficient daily operations
• Conducting inspections and follow-ups to ensure service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met
• Supporting inventory control, linen and uniform management, and housekeeping equipment upkeep
• Coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to support smooth hotel operations
• Handling guest feedback and service recovery professionally, in line with brand standards
• Supporting training, performance management, and development of housekeeping colleagues
• About you:
• The ideal candidates for these positions will have:
• Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment (luxury experience preferred for supervisory and management roles)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of hygiene, health & safety, and housekeeping procedures
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
