Dubai Holding is looking to hire a

Ai Product Management Lead

within the

Information Technology Department

at Dubai Holding Corporate.

The role holder will be responsible for defining and executing the AI-enabled agentic digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities while driving product discovery, development, and continuous improvement.

They will be expected to deliver measurable value as well as setting strong foundations while transitioning from a project-based to a product-led organization through translating AI-driven capabilities into scalable outcome-driven solutions.

The role holder will need to take a data-driven approach, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

This will require a strong understanding of how AI-driven capabilities can evolve from supporting individual tasks to enabling broader automation across workflows which support broader job descriptions.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the AI product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Group technology priorities.
  • Translate business needs into clear product direction, prioritising high-impact use cases and scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to extend AI capabilities from task-level automation to end-to-end workflow ownership.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and expected value outcomes.
  • Drive structured product discovery and experimentation, enabling data-driven iteration and decision-making.

Performance Management & Value Realisation

  • Define, track, and manage product performance through clear KPIs and success metrics.
  • Monitor product outcomes, adoption, and impact, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and performance gaps, implementing mitigation and improvement actions.

Cross-Functional Delivery & Execution

  • Collaborate with engineering, data, cybersecurity, business and change management stakeholders to ensure effective prioritisation and execution of product initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between technical feasibility, business objectives, and delivery timelines
  • Drive coordination across multiple stakeholders to enable seamless product delivery.

Product Operating Model & Governance

  • Establish and embed product management practices, including discovery frameworks, delivery governance, and lifecycle management standards.
  • Contribute to the organisation’s transition from project-based delivery to a product-led operating model.
  • Ensure structured governance across prioritisation, backlog management, and decision-making processes.

Innovation & Ai Capability Development

  • Drive the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled capabilities across products and workflows.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies and industry practices to continuously evolve the product portfolio.
  • Ensure AI solutions are designed for scalability and efficiency, driving the adoption of emerging AI capabilities across delivery processes to enable long-term value creation.

Stakeholder Management & Alignment

  • Ensure effective stakeholder management through clear communication, alignment, and expectation setting.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and product teams.
  • Support development of business cases and investment proposals for AI-enabled initiatives.

People Management

  • Lead and develop the AI product team, setting clear objectives, managing performance, and building capability across product management disciplines.
  • Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven product culture focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Drive capability development aligned to evolving AI and product management requirements.
  • Who we are looking for:
  • 8+ years of experience in senior Digital Product Roles
  • Experience with artificial intelligence technologies is preferred
  • Experience with digital-first organisations is preferred (FAANG, fintech, scale-ups)
  • Experience of coaching and leading team members to accomplishing business results is advantageous

Education And Professional Certification

  • Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (IT, Business, finance, engineering, math)

Technical Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in product management (discovery, delivery, lifecycle), with familiarity with modern product literature
  • Solid grasp of product discovery and experimentation, with ability to apply insights
  • Experience working with data to inform decisions and measure product performance
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-driven products and progressive workflow automation
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-led flows and solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading multiple product managers with high empowerment
  • Ability to take quick data-informed and documented decisions which hold under scrutiny

  • Sound judgement and decision-making in complex and ambiguous environments
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing capability across senior leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Strong execution focus, managing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes within constraints
  • Adaptability and continuous learning mindset, with ability to apply insights from data and experimentation
