As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will bring the Asian art of hosting to life through every detail.

More than preparing rooms, you craft moments of comfort, care, and belonging—creating a space where guests can truly find their own Shangri‑La.

Clean and supply all assigned areas according to standards set by the Hotel.

Organize, restore and restock guest rooms or other areas of the hotel according to established standards

Follow compliance with the use of cleaning techniques and chemicals used for cleaning.

Working closely with housekeeping colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Reporting & Coordination – Promptly reporting maintenance needs, lost & found items, and unusual situations to supervisors.

Minimum 1 year experience in 5* luxury hotel in the same role.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to read, speak and understand English language.
