As a Customer Sales Agent, you will drive food and beverage sales while delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Also, you will actively engage with guests, promote menu offerings, recommend suitable food and beverage options, and maximize revenue opportunities.

And you will also coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and promote food and beverage products to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.

Recommend menu items, special promotions, and upsell food and beverage offerings based on guest preferences.

Build strong guest relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Monitor guest feedback and contribute ideas to improve service quality and commercial performance.

About You

Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Good knowledge of food and beverage products, menu presentation, and upselling techniques.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining service quality.

Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience

in upselling, guest engagement, and achieving sales targets is preferred.
