Housekeeper (Private Mansion)

Housekeeping & Cleaning

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, dining areas, offices, and common areas.
• Ensure the residence is maintained to luxury hospitality standards at all times.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize surfaces and furnishings.
• Clean and maintain high-value furniture, fixtures, decorative items, and delicate surfaces with care.
• Ensure guest rooms and family areas are prepared and presented impeccably.

Laundry & Wardrobe Care

• Wash, iron, steam, fold, and organize clothing, linens, towels, and household fabrics.
• Handle luxury garments, designer clothing, and delicate fabrics according to care instructions.
• Maintain wardrobes, closets, and storage areas in an organized manner.
• Monitor linen inventory and report replacement requirements.

Inventory & Supplies

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and cleaning materials.
• Report low stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained in proper working condition.

Guest & Family Support

• Assist in preparing rooms and common areas for family members and guests.
• Support special events and gatherings when required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to household requests.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure cleaning products are stored and used safely.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, guests, and household operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a household team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of housekeeping experience in luxury residences, private villas, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
• Experience working in VIP households, private mansions, or 4-star/5-star hotels is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, fabric care, and luxury household maintenance.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high service standards.
