House Manager

We are looking for highly professional, trustworthy, and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our villas.

The House Manager will serve as the central authority for household staff and property management, ensuring that every detail — from meals to ambiance — is executed according to the family’s preferences and the highest standards of service.

This role requires loyalty, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills to manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure the comfort of the family and their guests.

Malayalam speakers highly preferred

1) Provide discreet, personalized service to the family and guests.

2) Supervise meal service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, ensuring presentation and timing are flawless.

3) Ensure the kitchen staff report to her, and that menus are planned according to the family’s likes, dislikes, and dietary preferences, including regional and cultural requirements.

4) Ensure hospitality traditions (such as welcoming guests, serving refreshments, and respecting cultural norms) are maintained.

5) Coordinate with chefs/cooks for special dietary needs.

6) Curate ambiance through flowers, candles, evening lighting, and household presentation.

7) Oversee and host family events, dinners, and celebrations within the villas.

1) Lead and supervise household staff including maids, gardeners, pool attendants, kitchen staff, and drivers.

2) Manage scheduling, time off, and performance reviews, ensuring smooth daily operations.

3) Train and enforce cleaning, service, and hospitality standards to maintain consistency. 4) Ensure all staff execute duties professionally, on time, and to the family’s satisfaction.

1) Oversee the condition and upkeep of the gardens, pool, and indoor/outdoor areas.

2) Maintain flowers, candles, lighting, and decorative standards to enhance villa atmosphere.

3) Supervise cleaning and maintenance standards, including lights, air conditioning systems, chillers, and generators.

4) Develop and maintain household standards and checklists in line with family expectations.

5) Conduct inspections to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and high standards are upheld.

1) Oversee and maintain the family’s wardrobe organisation, laundry, ironing, and clothing care (including sarees, traditional wear, and delicate garments).

2) Prepare wardrobes and packing for family and guest travel.

3) Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, packing, and liaison with staff or service providers.

4) Ensure smooth transitions for arrivals, departures, and special trips.

1) Supervise and approve kitchen menus, event menus, and daily meal planning.

2) Monitor inventories and household supplies, including kitchen, linens, flowers, beverages, and event items.

3) Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies, maintenance.

4) Manage household budgets, logs, and staff rosters.

5) Report directly to the family with updates on household operations

1) Proven experience as a Butler, Estate Manager, or similar role in a luxury household or hotel.

2) Absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and integrity in handling family and household matters.

3) Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse staff teams.

4) Deep understanding of hospitality, and service etiquette.

5) Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

6) Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, festivals, and holidays.

7) Familiarity with festival preparations and managing related décor, food, and hospitality.

8) Managing staff for drivers, security, and delivery coordination.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
