Female House Manager – Private Palace (Al Ain, UAE)
We are seeking an experienced and professional **Female House Manager** to oversee the daily operations of a private palace in Al Ain and ensure the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service, **Salary & Benefits: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000** per month (based on experience and qualifications), **accommodation and meals provided, plus visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.**
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all household staff and daily palace operations.
- Ensure exceptional standards of housekeeping, hygiene, organization, and luxury presentation.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee guest hospitality and ensure a comfortable and memorable experience.
- Coordinate maintenance, inventories, supplies, and household schedules.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain efficient household operations.
- Ensure all areas of the residence are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a **5-star hotel, luxury resort, VIP residence, or palace** is mandatory.
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, and luxury presentation.
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
