Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent Operation & Workflow Management
- Configure, deploy, and manage AI content generation agents on Dar Global's Agentic Platform and SENTIO infrastructure and other AI content generation tools to produce copy, scripts, imagery concepts, video briefs, Vidoes and social content at scale.
- Design, test, and iterate prompt engineering frameworks tailored to Dar Global's brand voice, property portfolio, and target audiences across all markets.
- Build and maintain automated content generation workflows that integrate seamlessly with the broader editorial and production pipeline.
- Monitor agent performance continuously — tracking output quality, task completion rates, and processing efficiency — and implement improvements proactively.
- Manage multiple concurrent agent tasks across different content types, markets, and campaign priorities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Content Generation & Editorial Quality Control
- Operate AI agents to generate first-draft written content across formats including property descriptions, social media captions, email copy, ad scripts, video narrations, and campaign briefs.
- Apply rigorous quality assurance to all AI-generated outputs before submission for editorial review — checking for factual accuracy, brand voice alignment, grammatical correctness, cultural sensitivity, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Copy / Script Supervisor to refine AI-generated drafts, incorporating editorial feedback to improve both the immediate output and the underlying prompt frameworks.
- Support the Video Director by generating AI-assisted video treatment outlines, shot-list suggestions, and script scaffolds for production review.
- Work with the Graphic Designer to produce AI-generated visual concept descriptions, mood board narratives, and copy for brochures and digital assets.
Platform Intelligence & Optimisation
- Maintain a library of prompt templates, agent configuration files, and workflow blueprints that the wider Content team can leverage for repeatable content tasks.
- Analyse content performance data in collaboration with the Media Activation and Lead Generation teams to identify which AI-generated content formats and topics drive the strongest engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Conduct regular A/B testing of prompt variants and agent configurations to continuously improve the quality and relevance of AI outputs.
- Stay at the forefront of developments in large language models, multimodal AI, and agentic systems, evaluating their applicability to Dar Global's content needs.
- Document all agent workflows, prompt libraries, and standard operating procedures, maintaining an up-to-date operational knowledge base for the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Social Channels Management team to generate platform-specific content at volume — adapting AI outputs for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Support the Media Activation / Paid Media team with rapid generation of ad copy variants for multivariate testing across paid campaigns.
- Assist the Lead Generation & Management team by generating personalised CRM content, property match narratives, and nurture sequence copy through AI workflows.
- Liaise with the AI & Data Engineers on the Shared AI Platform team to report technical issues, request workflow enhancements, and ensure smooth platform operations.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop market-localised prompt frameworks that reflect the cultural nuances of each of Dar Global's operating territories.
Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Media, Marketing Technology, Linguistics, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), generative AI tools, or AI content platforms in a professional context.
- Demonstrable expertise in prompt engineering — with a portfolio or evidence of prompts developed for real-world content production use cases.
- Experience operating or configuring AI agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or proprietary agentic systems) in a content or marketing context.
- Strong working knowledge of at least one major AI content platform (e.g. OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to assess written and multimedia content quality against editorial and brand standards.

- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset — able to design structured workflows, identify failure points, and optimise processes methodically.
- High editorial judgement: able to critically evaluate AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, appropriateness, and brand fit before it reaches human reviewers.

- Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent AI tasks without compromising on output quality.
- Clear communicator — able to explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical creative colleagues with confidence and clarity.
- A genuine passion for the responsible and innovative use of AI in a commercial creative environment.
- Familiarity with MENA cultural context and content sensitivities relevant to AI-generated outputs.
- Arabic language proficiency — advantageous for reviewing and prompting AI outputs for MENA markets.
Desirable
- Experience working in a luxury brand, real estate, property technology, or financial services environment.
- Knowledge of Python or scripting languages for automating agent workflows and API integrations.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and how AI-generated content can be optimised for search.
- Experience with multimodal AI tools covering image generation, video synthesis, and voice synthesis.
